All referrers who submit a valid referral will be included in our referral programme. The incentive for this programme is a £150, subject to the General vivenso® Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. The vivenso® referral scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Aqua Air customers.
2. To make a valid referral, you must email info@vivenso.uk or phone 01484 868970.
3. Referrals will only be eligible if the referred person/company is not already in conversation with Aqua Air via any other channel or is already an Aqua Air customer.
4. Each referred person or company is eligible for only one reward. If the person or company has been referred before, Aqua Air will inform the Referrer.
5. If multiple Referrers send the same Referred person or company, the first Referrer to submit the referral will be considered the official Referrer.
6. If a current client refers their own property, their own company, or a franchisee, the referral will be considered ineligible.
7. To constitute a successful referral, the referred person/company must buy a vivenso® Cleaning System (V0001).
8. There’s no restriction on how many people or businesses a referrer can recommend in our referral program.
9. The Referrer may be named in communication between Aqua Air and the Referred person/company.
10. Aqua Air reserve the right to withdraw or alter the referral reward, including changing the value of the reward.
11. The vivenso® referral programme is available to UK residents only.
12. In the event of any disputes regarding any Referred person/company, the decision of Aqua Air is final.
13. Any rewards from this programme should be declared in your annual tax return or declared as a benefit in kind.
14. In the event of a Referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to info@vivenso.uk within 90 days of the referral submission. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a Referral fee.
15. If you require any further information in regard to the vivenso referral programme, please email info@vivenso.uk. Referral leads need to be finalised within 12 months of submission. Referrals that do not become clients within this time frame will not qualify for a referral fee.
