How long is the vivenso® Warranty Agreement?

The standard Warranty is for 4 years. You can purchase an extended Warranty for a further 6 years. Please contact us for information.

What’s covered?

• The vivenso® is built to last, but if something goes wrong, we will collect and deliver back to you, your machine, free of charge.
• All of our repairs use genuine vivenso® parts.
• If we can’t repair your machine, we will replace it for you.

What’s not covered?

There are some circumstances in which the Warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of a machine. These aren’t hidden in the small print.

• Free delivery and collection from addresses outside of mainland UK, excluding postcodes KW, IV, AB, PH & PA.
• Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time.
• Accidental damage.
• Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended appliance maintenance.
• Removal of blockages.
• Damage from external sources such as transit, weather, electrical outages or power surges.
• Failures caused by circumstances outside of our control.
• Faults caused by:
• Negligent use, misuse, neglect or careless operation of the machine, including use without water (except for wet pick up), the separator not being kept clean;
• Use of the vacuum cleaner which is not in accordance with the vivenso® Operating Procedures;
• Use of the vivenso® for anything other than normal purposes in the country in which it was purchased;
• Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of vivenso®;
• Use of parts and accessories which are not vivenso® Genuine Components.;
• Faulty assembly or installation (except where carried out by Aqua Air Ltd);
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Aqua Air Ltd or its authorised agents.

Terms & Conditions

• The guarantee becomes effective at the date of delivery.
• You must provide proof of delivery / purchase before any work can be carried out on your machine under the warranty. Please note that without this proof any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your purchase receipt or delivery note.
• All work will be carried out by Aqua Air Ltd or its authorised agents.
• Any parts which are replaced will become the property of Aqua Air Ltd.
• The repair or replacement of your machine under Warranty will not extend the period of the Warranty.
• The Warranty provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• This Warranty is not transferable.
• The vivenso® Warranty is provided by Aqua Air Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02920860 and with our registered office at 3A Technology Park Standback Way, Skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield HD8 9GA which is also our main trading address. Our VAT number is 651317065.

What to do if your vivenso® needs repair?

Return your vivenso® to Aqua Air Ltd, together with a copy of your warranty or proof of date of purchase if a Warranty repair is required.

If you are unable to bring the vivenso® personally, Aqua Air can arrange for the machine to be collected and returned (the machine is normally returned within 5 working days).
